Every board we sell is covered by our 12-month warranty against faults in workmanship or components, from the date of delivery.
What's covered
Warranty repairs are free of charge for faults arising from workmanship or components under normal use.
What's not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, reversed connectors, or miswiring
- Damage caused by a fault elsewhere in your machine (e.g. a wiring harness or power supply issue) that affects the board
- Normal wear and tear not caused by a fault on the board itself
- Damage or faults arising after the board has been modified, repaired, or worked on by anyone other than us
- Damage caused by continuing to use a device after our product has detected a fault on it and you have chosen to override its protection
If we determine a fault falls into one of these categories, we'll let you know before carrying out any chargeable repair, so you can decide how you'd like to proceed.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected by this policy. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details of your statutory rights.
How to make a warranty claim
Email us at support@mccircuitworks.com with your order number and a description of the issue — photos help, especially for suspected faults. We may be able to troubleshoot with you directly without needing the board returned. If a return is needed, we'll confirm this and provide a return address.
