All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked, or another carrier where appropriate.
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment (business days exclude UK weekends and bank holidays).
We aim to ship made-to-order items within 1–2 business days of payment — we'll let you know if this is not the case after you place your order.

Orders over 2kg — Shipping can't be calculated automatically at checkout. Contact us to arrange a quote before ordering.
Shipped weights, including packaging, are listed on each product page and are combined across your whole order to determine the shipping cost.
Customs, duties and import VAT
We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown on this site.
Germany, Denmark and Luxembourg: Royal Mail requires the sender to pay import VAT and customs duty before a parcel to these countries is dispatched. These charges are shown as a separate "Duties and import taxes" line at checkout. We pay them to Royal Mail for you, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. If they aren't shown at checkout, we'll email you an invoice for them before we dispatch your order.
USA: US customs duty applies to all imports. We pay it for you before your order is dispatched, and our US prices take this into account, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. For exceptionally large or high-value orders, we'll contact you before dispatch to agree how the duty is handled.
All other international destinations, including Canada and the rest of the European Union: your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees charged by the destination country's customs authority on arrival. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the shipping price shown at checkout.
