New Aurora GI firmware: adaptive ramping

New firmware for Aurora GI is out now, along with an updated configuration tool and User Manual. You'll find them all on our support page.

What's new: adaptive ramping

Aurora GI ramps smoothly between brightness levels, much as the original filament lamps did. It now adapts its ramping speed as the game plays. Normal changes stay smooth, and when the game flashes its GI quickly, Aurora GI speeds up to keep pace.

It's switched on and ready to go, and if you want a different feel, you can fine-tune each GI string in the configuration tool.

Adaptive ramping can be switched on or off for each string.

The configuration tool also now shows which firmware your board has. The full list of changes is on the release notes page.
